First thank you all for your support in my run for Temecula City Council 2012. Sorry I did fall short a bit. The incumbents Mr. Washington and Mr Nagar have done a great job in steering Temecula in the right direction. They deserve to be relected. In my campaign I focused on the Real Estate Challenges that Temecula is experiences and will continue my effords working with the Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors, California association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors as well as the Temecula City Council.
Thank you for taking the time and reviewing my website. I hope it answers some of your question on why I ran for a Temecula City Council position in 2012 and look forward to 2014.
The quality of life in Temecula is important to all of us. Temecula needs community leaders to enhance the knowledge base of our City Council. It is time once again to strengthen our City Council. I run for office not to compete but to enhance the quality of our City Council.
Temecula is one of the safest cities in California. The Temecula area (Riverside County) is also ranked in the top 5 for Real Estate Fraud. Temecula is also in a area that is in the top 5 for homes under water, foreclosures and preforeclosures.
I want to help our City understand the Fraud that hurts our Citizens, show how the foreclosure process hurts our Home Owner Associations, our neighborhoods as well as the Real Estate recovery. I support the legislature to carve out Southern California from the plan to sell Bulk Foreclosures to slush funds and keep them off the market for 5 years. What a disaster this would be to Southern California if they continue on their program. Hundreds of JOBS will be lost from Contractors to Escrows, Title, Realtors and Lawn care services. This will effect numerous professions and can not continue.
This city has been our home since 1987 with my wife's parents moving here in 1972. Our Grandchildren makes 4 generation Temeculans. When you call it HOME, you must be ready to help with the repairs.
Now is the time to place a Realtor on the City Council. We fight for private property rights; we fight against point of sale legislation. We sign on to a Code of Ethics.
I will work hard for you, keep our city safe and strengthen our financials while keeping the infrastructures and services at Temecula's standards.
I ask for your Vote on that first Tuesday in November.
